Meet Kara and Josie (get it? Kozy!) colleagues-turned-friends-turned-business partners. We founded Salon Kozy in 2023 after years of working alongside each other and months of dreaming. We’ve built a business based on three things:
1. Clients. Yes, you! Our clients. Our friends! We want to give you a space to take a breather, pamper yourself, and be yourself. Our clients are at the heart of every decision we make, from the products we offer to the pillows on the chairs.
2. Collaboration. Our stylists at Salon Kozy are all independent stylists that have chosen to come together to provide a unique experience, one of simplicity and calm, enthusiasm and support. We cheer each other on and learn from each other daily. Positivity and teamwork are at our core.
3. Comfort. Our warm and welcoming vibes extend past our name. Getting your hair done should never be stressful-quite the opposite. We exist to make you look and feel your best. Grab a hot cup of coffee(or sparkling water) and instantly feel at ease at Salon Kozy.
Both our physical boutique and our approach to hair care can be summed up by “beauty meets function”
Our goal is to have you instantly feel comfortable and relaxed the moment you walk through the door. We designed the salon to be a calming, comfortable, zen space.With cool wood textures and an earthy color palette, everything from the lounge to the wash zone have been crafted to ensure your comfort.
Once you sit in our chair, we hope that calm begins to translate to excitement as we work with you to bring your greatest hair to life, and an experience that carries withyou when you leave the salon. We trust you as the client to tell us what you want. We hope you trust us to listen to you, and care for you and your hair.
While we understand that life happens, we ask that if you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, you provide your stylist with a 24-hour notice. This will allow your stylist to adjust their schedules accordingly and accommodate other clients. In the event that last minute cancellations or no-shows become a regular habit, you will be required to place a card on file for all future appointments and will be charged 50% for all missed appointments.
